The goal is to acquire a clear and objective understanding of the subsidiaries and their Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs in a relatively short amount of time. This will be done by implementing a thorough and systematic approach to gather relevant information and assess the current state of the subsidiaries’ compliance programs.

The first step in the process was to gather necessary information for preparation from the two subsidiaries located in Egypt and Lebanon. This was done by requesting relevant data and documents from these subsidiaries.

Once the necessary information had been obtained, the next step was to conduct on-site visits to both Egypt and Lebanon. These visits included visiting the head office and factory in Egypt, as well as making trips to the subsidiary in Lebanon. Following the completion of these on-site visits, the final step was to finalize the Audit Report off-site. This involved analyzing and reviewing the information collected during the on-site visits in order to create a comprehensive report.

Upon conducting a thorough assessment of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs in place at the subsidiaries located in Egypt and Lebanon, we have determined that the programs were in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. As a result, certification was granted. The duration of the project spanned a period of one month, during which all necessary steps were carried out to ensure an accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the subsidiaries’ compliance programs.
